Chicken
We are happy to now have 50 chickens. Our two small chicken carts are ideal for sustainable chicken breeding. But, mother hens and babies cannot be transported in those. They still live in tiny wooden huts with small, manageable fences. Just recently we measured a large piece of land on our farm in order to start a larger sustainable chicken breeding, in which the mother hens and babies are also kept under optimum conditions. We dream of a large, fenced-in enclosure with plenty of space and trees but also the necessary security. We also want a very large chicken tractor that can hold around 200 hens. One of our volunteers (he has a degree in agriculture) helps us to produce a good feed mix for our sustainable chicken breeding. The project needs prayer, wisdom and also donations. Please pray with us that we can do something that really makes sense.
